My name is Mia Sahlberg and I'm a ceramist, silversmith and visual artist. Born and raised in Sweden, I’m now living and working in the south of France close to Montpellier.

As an artist I create imaginary landscapes in acrylics and mixed media, I always work intuitively and use a lot of pastel colors. I embrace the unexpected and welcome the viewer to create their own stories around the painting.

As a ceramist I work with stoneware using traditional hand building techniques like pinching, slab building and coiling to create unique pieces to bring joy to your home. In every piece I create I want to show the beauty in imperfection.
